RC-29 Fluorescent Penetrant

Description Penetrant System Category Competitor Equivalent Download TDS
RC-29 is a low sensitivity, non-water washable fluorescent penetrant. RC-29 is a general use material - high flash point, resistant to over-washing, self-developing where specifications permit, and relatively low viscosity. Excellent electrostatic spray capability. RC-29 is formulated especially for the pre-wash process using Sherwin Inc's ER-83A Hydrophilic Emulsifier. Most RC-29 is removed easily by the mechanical scrubbing of the wash, thus, reducing heavy reliance on an emulsifier, and insuring that flaw entrapped penetrants are less likely to be diluted or displaced. Post-Emulsifiable Fluorescent Penetrants - Level 1 Ardrox 985-P11;P7F1

RC-50 Fluorescent Penetrant

Description Penetrant System Category Competitor Equivalent Download TDS
RC-50 is a medium-high sensitivity, nonwater-washable fluorescent penetrant. RC-50 is a general use material - high flash point, resistant to over-washing, self-developing where specifications permit, and relatively low viscosity. Excellent electrostatic spray capability. RC-50 is formulated especially for the pre-wash process using Sherwin Inc's ER-83A Hydrophilic Emulsifier. Most RC-50 is removed easily by the mechanical scrubbing of the first wash, thus, reducing heavy reliance on an emulsifier, and insuring that flaw entrapped penetrants are less likely to be diluted or displaced. Post-Emulsifiable Fluorescent Penetrants - Level 2 Ardrox 985P12;P7F2

RC-65 Fluorescent Penetrant

Description Penetrant System Category Competitor Equivalent Download TDS
RC-65 is a high sensitivity, nonwater-washable fluorescent penetrant. RC-65 is a general use material - high flash point, resistant to over-washing, self-developing where specifications permit, and relatively low viscosity. Excellent electrostatic spray capability. RC-65 is formulated especially for the pre-wash process using Sherwin Inc's ER-83A Hydrophilic Emulsifier. Most RC-50 is removed easily by the mechanical scrubbing of the first wash, thus, reducing heavy reliance on an emulsifier and insuring that flaw entrapped penetrants are less likely to be diluted, displaced or dissolved. Post-Emulsifiable Fluorescent Penetrants - Level 3 Ardrox 985P13;P7F3
